LAVISHMINT BOOKING POLICY
• A signed agreement and 35% nonrefundable booking retainer are required to reserve your event date. Dates are not held without both.
• Proposals are valid for seven days and remain subject to availability until booking is complete.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Events booked within 21 days require full payment at booking.
• Final menu selections and guest counts are due 14 days before the event. Guest counts may decrease by no more than 10% before the deadline. Increases are subject to availability and additional charges. After the deadline, the confirmed guest count is the minimum billable amount.
• Applicable sales tax, delivery, setup, staffing, rentals, service charges and rush fees are added according to the services selected.
• Orders requested within 72 hours are subject to availability and rush fees.
Complete cancellation terms, service responsibilities and event protections are included in the signed catering agreement.
